Exchange or Refund

For website orders, we offer a policy Returns and exchanges “No questions asked” under the terms mentioned in the Returns and Exchanges section, which allows you to return the products for any reason within 7 days or exchange them within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

General provisions that apply to cases of returning or exchanging products/

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, all products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order:

- Unaltered, i.e. unused, completely intact and in resellable condition (or the condition in which it was received from us).
- Products must be in their original packaging/box, with all brand and product labels/price tags/care instructions and any other accessories present.
- We reserve the right to monitor returns and reject orders from customers who have high levels of product returns, but nothing in our returns section is intended to prejudice any rights the user may have under the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The costs of shipping the order must be covered by the customer.

Products that are not returnable or exchangeable/

  The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged:

Contact lenses of all types if the box has been opened - Discounted products - Products that were manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that were defective or that violated the specifications specified by the consumer. 

/Refund the order amount after return

Refunds will only be made after the return of Products has been approved, and we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged Products duly returned after approval (excluding original delivery charges and cash handling charges). Your paid amount will be refunded through the following methods. The following products can be returned or exchanged:

The amount paid will be refunded according to the seller's terms and conditions in the case of payment using Tamara or Postpay (deferred payment providers) within 15 customer days. The amount paid will be refunded according to the seller's terms and conditions in the case of payment using a credit card within 15 working days via bank transfer to Customer account. 

Damaged products/improperly executed orders/ 

 If you receive your order damaged or any of the products are different from what you ordered, then please agree to return the product to us using the returns process mentioned. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received within 30 days of receiving the order in order to refund the full amount paid, including - if any - the original order delivery costs, taxes and any customs fees. Products may be exchangeable. Also, damaged products may have a warranty against manufacturing defects. You may contact us at any time to cancel or change an order before it has shipped on our system. If you do this, we will cancel the order and return the full amount paid to you. If the order has been shipped, please wait for the order to be delivered and then use the return steps.
