Five Seasons website delivers orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via the delivery methods mentioned below. However, we always strive to improve our customer experience and may offer additional methods of delivery or pickup through our marketing channels. *Orders that were registered outside our regular working hours, (9 am - 6 pm), after the last date for registering orders during the day, or on Fridays, on any official holiday in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, are considered to have been registered on the first working day in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia subsequent to the date on which the request was made. Delivery schedules are estimates, please be aware that there may be a delay in delivery of orders at the following times: promotion days, sales season and bank holidays. We reserve the right to charge a fee to return an order to us where it is refused to accept delivery at the address you provided to us on the confirmed date of delivery of the order.

General conditions for delivery

Although we are strictly committed to delivering within the timescales specified in our order confirmation, displayed on the Five Seasons website or stated above, these delivery timescales are estimates only. The timetable starts from the time the order is confirmed. However, if we do not deliver your order within 30 days of confirming the order, we will return the full amount paid to you. However, we are not responsible for non-delivery for reasons outside our control, including your not being present at the address mentioned to receive the order or Your request to postpone delivery. Orders are delivered daily, except for Fridays and official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is your duty to ensure proper arrival of the order and/or provide any additional identification documents that may be required for customs clearances (if applicable). Please note that the delivery company will make four attempts to contact you to schedule the delivery of the order, and three attempts upon delivery. If none of the calls are answered, the order will be cancelled.

Change the address and follow up on the order 

Our customer service team is pleased to assist you in changing the delivery date and address based on your request, but if you receive an email stating that the order has been sent, then we cannot change the address. Please note that the receiving address cannot be changed outside of the original receiving country.

We will send an SMS, email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number once your order is confirmed, where you can then use the tracking number to track your order.
